November 3rd 2016 Listed our Condo
May 25th Closed on our condo
June 8th 2017 Got a pre approval with NVR
June 9th 2017 Chose our lot priced out options and signed our contract and put $5k down.
June 16th 2017 Started our loan process
June 23rd 2017 Met with T.A.C Tile to choose design center options
June 24th 2017 Met with Guardian to choose security system options and wiring. On the same day we met with our Ryan Homes rep to finalize our structural choices.
July 6th 2017 We were approved for our loan!
July 9th 2017 Paid our $20k good faith money
July 31st 2017 scheduled our meeting with out PM for 8/25 we are scheduled to break ground on 9/4
August 24th 2017 Our Pre Build meeting was moved up a day but they did give us 3 days notice. New estimated break date is 9/6/2017
